Floaters

I am not a happy camper! Wednesday, while driving home from work, I noticed what appeared to be a gnat flying around my eye, but always skittering away when I tried to focus on it. I finally realized that something was wrong with my eye, and guessed I most likely had a floater. Went to the ophthalmologist yesterday, who confirmed I have a fairly large floater and flashes. For now there isn't really anything to do, other than to monitor it, and notify my doctor if anything appears to worsen. I go back May 12th for a followup. Getting old bites!
